1.   UNIT GENERAL MANAGER: (Head of a family)
REQUIREMENTS: 4 years prior restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in full-service.
2.   UNIT ASSOCIATE GENERAL MANAGER: (Right -hand to the family head and in training to become the head of a family)
REQUIREMENTS: 3 years prior restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years in full-service.
3.   UNIT ASSISTANT MANAGER: (Member of the management family who supports, mentors, trains, and directs the rest of the unit family for success)
REQUIREMENTS: 1 year prior restaurant management experience, but with at least 2 years working in full-service restaurants.

4.   ENTRY LEVEL ASSISTANT MANAGER: (Part of the management family who will be mentored in order to elevate themselves to a full assistant manager)
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • No prior management experience required
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • 4 years prior full-service restaurant experience in hourly staff capacity (front or back of house)
  • A sincere desire to learn, accept responsibility, and treat people with the same respect and dignity that you desire

  • Manager-In-Training Program: MIT is an immersive six (6) week training program that teaches the different aspects of managing an O’Henry’s restaurant. The training focuses on food preparations and specifications, managing the kitchen line, front of the house procedures, general administration, computer functions, and tools and best practices for running a successful O'Henry's operation.
